Following the signing of the Armed Forces Covenant in 2024 and being recognised with the Bronze Award earlier this year, VINCI Energies UK & RoI is proud to have now achieved the Silver Award under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

This recognition highlights our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community — including serving personnel, veterans, reservists, and their families — by providing fair opportunities, supportive policies, and rewarding careers.
