Scott Van Der Vord is Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Energies UK & RoI, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance and operational leadership. Before becoming CEO, he served as Chief Financial Officer and previously held senior finance roles, including Finance Director at Axians UK. During the past ten years working at VINCI Energies he has helped drive significant growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. Prior to joining VINCI Energies, Scott was Commercial Finance Director at Logicalis UK, building strong commercial capability and partnering closely with leadership to drive performance and strategic decision-making.

Ayyub Dedat is our Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Energies UK & RoI, with over 20 years of experience within the business and extensive expertise in financial leadership and business performance. He has progressed through senior finance roles within the organisation, building deep expertise in strategic financial management, planning and commercial decision-making. Ayyub works closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, support sustainable growth and help shape the strategic direction of the business.

Rachael Butcher is Director of Legal and Governance at VINCI Energies UK & RoI, with extensive experience advising on legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters within complex organisations. Rachael previously served as Head of Legal at Axians Networks UK, where she supported commercial and operational teams with trusted legal counsel. At VINCI Energies UK & RoI, Rachael provides strategic counsel to the leadership team, supporting effective decision-making, risk management and strong governance practices across the business.

Sophie Thornton is Head of HR at VINCI Energies UK & RoI, with experience leading people, culture, and talent initiatives across the organisation. Sophie previously worked within Actemium UK, building strong HR foundations and supporting operational teams through periods of growth and change. Sophie champions inclusive workplace practices and wellbeing, driving programmes that strengthen leadership pathways, employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jasmin Moroney is our Head of SHEQ at VINCI Energies UK & RoI, with extensive experience leading safety, health, environment and quality strategy across complex operational environments. She has worked across the VINCI Energies network, partnering with operational teams to strengthen SHEQ performance and support sustainable business growth. Jasmin believes that while robust systems and processes provide the foundation, it is people who make the greatest difference. She works closely with teams to uphold high standards, embed continuous improvement and support safe, sustainable performance across the business.

Bruno Seguin is Head of Communications at VINCI Energies UK & RoI, with a strong track record in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and brand storytelling. With a career spanning more than 15 years, Bruno plays a central role in shaping how the organisation connects with its people and audiences, driving internal and external communications that support collaboration, culture and shared purpose. Bruno is experienced in leading high-impact communication initiatives and events that bring teams together, foster engagement and reinforce organisational values.

Andrew Hunter is a Director at Actemium UK, our Industry brand of VINCI Energies, with responsibility for the Mechanical and Electrical businesses within Actemium UK. He brings extensive experience across engineering, operations and business leadership within industrial and technical services. Andrew works closely with customers and teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen delivery capability and support sustainable growth across the Mechanical and Electrical portfolio.

Rob Shaw is Director of Automation at Actemium UK, our Industry brand of VINCI Energies, with responsibility for the Automation businesses across the UK. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience within VINCI Energies, alongside extensive expertise in industrial automation, control systems and engineering delivery. Rob works closely with customers and teams to drive innovation, strengthen technical capability and deliver high-quality automation solutions that support safe, efficient and sustainable industrial operations.

Russell Crampin is Director of Axians UK, our ICT brand of VINCI Energies. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology and communications sector, with extensive expertise in digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking and business leadership. Russell works closely with customers and teams to drive digital transformation, strengthen service excellence and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organisations connect, secure and optimise their operations.

Simon Innis is Managing Director of Omexom UK & RoI, our Energy Infrastructure brand of VINCI Energies. He brings more than 30 years of experience across the power and energy sector, with extensive expertise in business leadership, engineering and the delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects. Simon works closely with customers, partners and teams to drive the energy transition, strengthen operational performance and support the sustainable growth of Omexom across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
