Can you give us an example of a time where you have been supported to achieve your best in your career while with us?

The business has supported me in my passion for Cyber Security by giving me the opportunity to champion our new Cyber Security initiative. Being trusted to get involved in an area I’m genuinely passionate about has helped me build new skills and broaden my knowledge. It’s shown me that if you’re willing to embrace new opportunities, there’s plenty of support to help you develop and achieve your best.

I’m lucky to work with a team who are hardworking, talented and genuinely supportive. We all have each other’s backs and there’s never a sense that you’re facing a challenge on your own. Whether it’s celebrating the wins, talking through a tricky problem or simply checking in to see how someone’s doing, there’s a real team spirit that makes a difference. We work hard, but we also have a laugh along the way, and that balance is what makes it such a great team to be part of.

I am proud to work for Axians because I genuinely believe in the value we bring to our clients.
